Terms and Conditions of Use

SayPay is an intelligent payment application based on a virtual assistant named Say, allowing users to manage their money with complete simplicity through a chat-type interface. With Say, you can send money, get a virtual bank card, pay your suppliers, automate recurring tasks, and much more, simply by message or voice command.

By accessing the SayPay application, creating an account or using its services, you fully and unreservedly accept these general terms and conditions of use. If you refuse these terms, you must not use the application.

To use SayPay, you must: - Be at least 18 years old. - Have full legal capacity. - Provide accurate and complete information during your identification (name, phone number, supporting documents, etc.).

Registration is done exclusively via your phone number, confirmed by an OTP code. Additional information will be requested directly in the chat with Say to complete your profile. You are responsible for the security of your account and must preserve access to it. Any activity performed from your account is considered yours.

a. Money transfers: Sending money to other SayPay users or to third-party accounts according to the options available in your country. The instruction is done simply via chat or voice command. b. Payment of services and suppliers: Quick payment of services (bills, service providers, etc.) via Say. c. Virtual bank cards: Generation and use of virtual bank cards (Visa/Mastercard) to use for your online purchases. d. Action automation: You can configure automatic tasks such as sending money or paying a bill on a specific date. These tasks can be modified or cancelled at any time in the automation history.

Some SayPay services may be subject to fees. These are: - Displayed in the application before any transaction. - Subject to change, with prior notification to the user. No fees will be charged without your explicit validation.

We implement advanced security standards to protect your data and transactions: - End-to-end encryption. - Secure storage of sensitive information. - Continuous monitoring against fraud or impersonation attempts.

It is strictly forbidden to use SayPay for: - Money laundering. - Financing illegal or prohibited activities. - Fraudulent or deceptive transactions. SayPay reserves the right to immediately suspend any suspicious account or in violation of these terms.

By using SayPay, you commit to: - Providing truthful information. - Not abusing the features. - Respecting the laws in force in your country. - Using the services only for legitimate personal or professional use.

SayPay cannot be held responsible: - In case of misuse by the user. - In case of delay or failure of an operation related to third-party providers (telecom networks, payment operators, etc.). - For any indirect or immatériel damage.

SayPay may suspend or temporarily or permanently deactivate your account in case of: - Violation of these terms. - Suspicious activity. - Prolonged inactivity or voluntary request on your part.

These terms may be modified at any time. Any modification will be communicated via the application. By continuing to use SayPay after update, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the country where you use the application. In case of dispute, the competent local jurisdictions will be seized.
